My New Kn95 Mask

Not all masks are the same. How many do you own? I have quite a few different ones, some homemade and others that I bought online or at the store.  With the Coronavirus pandemic going on, we definitely want to make sure that we have something that is going to work well. Homemade masks might look nice, but do they actually have the ability to shield our germs from exiting the material and spreading to others?  This disposable mask that I'm about to show you is a new one that I recently was sent to review.  It actually prevents at least 95% filtration efficiency. Yes, I did say disposable, so no, you cannot reuse. Buying a few of these is a good idea, especially if you have to leave the house often. It is a Kn95 mask made from a blend of cotton and polypropylene. This material is commonly used for some reusable grocery bags and some blue auto wipes.  The material is breathable and soft on the face. It's comfortable, lightweight, and has a metal adjustable nose piece. The no

Always Eat After 7 PM Final Thoughts

This post is sponsored by Always Eat After 7 PM. All opinions expressed are my own.  For about one month now, I have been following the diet that I learned about in the book, Always Eat After 7 PM : The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion. You can read my last post here . Has it already been a month? Most times when I try a new diet, the month seems to go by super slowly and I go through periods of grumpiness and brain fog, which that each day would pass faster. That never happened this time around. That is a huge deal for me.  Joel Marion’s Always Eat After 7PM program makes dieting easy and eliminates 90% of reasons for resistance. It really does! I didn't ever feel as though I was struggling to stick with the diet at any point. Usually I've felt miserable with other diets, making it harder to stick to them and getting upset because I wouldn't end up with the re

Always Eat After 7 PM- Goal Setting and Update

This post is sponsored by Always Eat After 7 PM. All opinions expressed are my own.  I wanted to talk more about my goals that I mentioned in my previous post, that you can read here , about the book, Always Eat After 7 PM : The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion. I have most definitely seen a boost in my energy levels. I don't find myself feeling as worn out as easily throughout the day. I haven't shed too many pounds according to my scale, BUT I have noticed that most of my clothes fit me looser than before! No joke. I do work out and have noticed a bit more muscle definition. (Always, always a plus.) I also have had a few nights where I have slept better than before, which is a start, and hopefully as I continue, the amount of sleep I get will increase significantly.  I also have found that I don't feel the need to eat as much as

Get That Hourglass Figure With FeelinGirl's Amazing Shapewear

Hey guys, a couple months ago I mentioned how much I love using a waist trainer when I work out. I actually wear mine practically every day when I do my early morning Zumba workouts and plan on wearing it as well when I start going to the gym again.  FeelinGirl has the best waist trainer for women.  Have you visited their site yet? What is a waist trainer? They're extremely popular these days, but in case you haven't heard of one before, let me explain. It is a type of garment that you can wear under or over some clothing. It's most commonly worn underneath, on bare skin though. It usually consists of a neoprene, latex, or other compression type of material. There can sometimes be metal or plastic boning along the inside to help shape your body and hold everything in place. Some have hooks, zippers, velcro, or lace. Some have a combination of any of those. The point of wearing one is to give the appearance of a smaller waist and midsection. Waist trainers are meant to be wo

Always Eat After 7 PM Update and Author Interview

This post is sponsored by Always Eat After 7 PM. All opinions expressed are my own. So, in one of my last posts, which you can read here , I recently introduced you guys to the book I read, Always Eat After 7 PM : The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion .  I really did enjoy the book for sure. As for benefits that I learned, there are just so many! A boost in my metabolism, the ability to keep up with my children thanks to increased energy, weight loss, better moods, and the possibility that I'll be able to sleep so much better...and then some.  I feel that after just reading about those benefits, I'm so much more motivated and will be able to hit those goals of mine when it comes to how fit I want to be.  By the way, I know that I talked about metabolism in both this and the first post, and this is mostly why. Here's something interesting that I learned fr
