Most times when I try a new diet, the month seems to go by super slowly and I go through periods of grumpiness and brain fog, which that each day would pass faster. Why would I even want to stop? I feel so good mentally and physically these days. Sleep is not as much of a struggle at night. I'm much more positive and happy each day. I'm dancing and running around more with my kiddos. Even my workouts don't feel as hard to get through. I'm excited to see how it will be when I'm able to be working out a lot harder, back in the gym, and continuing this excellent diet. I feel that with my kickboxing, jiu jitsu, and HIIT classes my results are going to be dramatic and incredible.
I don't feel as though I've ever been so pleased with any other diet that I've tried. They were all seriously lacking in many ways.
