Nora's Brushes Makeup Brush Set

Makeup lover here! I have a lot of brushes, but they are pretty old. I keep telling myself to go out and buy some more or order some online, but I hadn't gotten around to it.  The opportunity presented itself recently and I said yes. I'm so happy with my new set of beautiful brushes. The box says "Nora's Brushes" and "It's Easy To Be Beautiful" on it. It is the Smooth Collection. The box is so big! Look at all the brushes inside!!!! Just wow, right? I was literally grinning like a dummy for about an hour after I opened this box. Don't laugh at me, ok? I get really excited about this sort of stuff. I love that there is a brush for every single different step in my makeup routine. From biggest to smallest, this is what I use mine for: Powder, setting powder, foundation, blush/contour powder, highlight, contour cream, highlight cream, eye liner powder or cream, eyeshadow crease/corner, eyeshadow inner corn

Keeping Your Skin Moisturized This Winter

Is it cold where you live? I live in a city where we rarely see super freezing temps. It doesn't go below zero. The lowest I've seen it has been about 23 degrees. That's pretty cold for me. I hate when my skin gets too dry, especially my face.  I've used a few different moisturizers in the past, but this is the one that I am currently using. I love the pretty dark blue color of the jar.  It's a decent sized jar of moisturizer, and you only need to use a little bit to get good results.  This product is thick, but creamy, and does moisturize my skin, keeping it that way, even under my makeup. As for ingredients--it's vegan and as a bonus, has SPF 30 in it! Yes. That's great, because even when it's cold here, that sun will definitely blaze down on you. It's UVA and UVB broad spectrum, organic, has soothing aloe, shea butter, vitamin E, jojoba, avocado, and grapeseed oil. It can be used by men or women, on your face, back

Moms Who Weightlift #reddot #fitnessgloves

I'm a mama of two. This is definitely no excuse for not working out. I used to workout often, but so much was going on last year. Sickness, travelling, schooling, people coming to stay with us for a while, and a little bit of laziness from time to time. It's a new year. This year I told myself I need to get back into it.  I ordered some new weights, and   now I have some nice new weightlifting gloves from Reddot.  They are microfiber, anti slip, breathable material,  and wrap at the bottom. I love the fact that they include the wrist straps, especially since I plan on lifting weights often. I need that extra stability and support for my wrists.  They have different sizes available and a handy little size guide so that you can make sure and pick the right ones for you. I ordered a medium, and as you can see, they fit just right. They can be worn by both men and women.  I like the design and comfort that these gloves provide.  I truly have

Quanfun Lavalier Mini Microphone With Power

I have a small collection of various microphones. Why? Because I chat a lot on the phone, I like to use them for my videos, and I also especially love them for singing. I have a few big microphones and now this super tiny one by QuanFun  It's seriously small.  This is what it looks like: It's a lavalier microphone that can be clipped onto your shirt. It's pretty small, isn't it? It comes with everything you see in the picture above: -zippered storage case with small mesh pocket inside -microphone with foam cover and clip -extra foam cover -extra clip -additional audio cord (There are two cords total. They are each a slightly different size. Good in case you need to switch between two devices that use a different audio input/output.) -instruction manual By the way, that audio cable has a place to plug in your headphones so that you can listen and talk at the same time. Otherwise, you won't be able to hear the audio. That's not

Whale Boop Light

I've tried numerous night lights in the room with my kiddo and I think I found one that she and I both really like. It's super adorable.  Check out the Whale Boop Light Yes, it has a funny name. Although, it makes sense. You "boop" it on the bottom area or a bit harder on the head and it cycles through these pretty colors.  It also has a soft white and bright white light setting. It does give off a good amount of lighting in a dark room, no matter which setting you choose.  You can charge it via a regular android cord on the bottom. It will stay lit until it is done charging. When the light turns off , then you know you're set to go. I love that is is a big soft and squishy. My daughter loves that too. She likes to walk around with it and that's fine with me, since it seems a bit hard to destroy.  I also really like the size of it. It's bigger than I expected it to be. I think it's a great product for a kid's room, but

No More Messy Wires With my #Tokye Cable Management Kit

Alright, I finally mounted my television in my bedroom, but I could not stand the way all of the wires looked hanging down on the wall. It was sloppy and annoying, just really disorganized. So not my style.  It just so happens that there was a really cool cable management kit sent to me to review, and it took care of my messy problem.  You'd be surprised to see just how many wires are really hanging down in that black sleeve there! The neat about that long black sleeve, is that if you have a white theme in your house, or just prefer white over black, it can be flipped over! I prefer black in my room, as you can see. It can also be cut down to size, to match the length of your cords. It closes securely with velcro. It can be used horizontally and vertically.  Both that sleeve and that big black box to the left were part of the kit. Let me show how that magical box works. You can place a whole power strip inside of that box! Takes care of that messy show too!
