I finally got a chance to use the Head and Shoulders Damage Rescue shampoo and conditioner after coming home from the gym with dirty, sweaty hair. I had a really good workout--took 3 classes in a row so my hair was pretty nasty. Believe me, I was more than happy to wash it as soon as I came home.
