Clip Your Baby's Nails Safely #babycomfynail

My baby girl's nails grow super fast. If I don't trim them, she ends up scratching herself or anyone who is carrying her. I can't have that happening, so naturally, I try to trim them every couple of days.  I was filing them down but it was time consuming and I could tell that she didn't really like the way that it felt. I started using these baby nail clippers that I received to review and like them better than any others I've tried. Company's Product Description Single-blade technology Won't cut baby's skin Smooth bottom ledge Protects from cutting too closely to the sensitive nail bed Larger than standard clippers Lasts for thousands of cuts They do look different, don't they? They really are. At first,  I was a bit nervous to try them out, but it was only because when my son was a baby, I used baby clippers to cut his nails and although those were made for babies, I cut my little boy's finger. He didn't cry much a

Need Something To Store Your Favorite Outfit In? #garmentbag

No one wants their favorite dress or outfit to get destroyed by moths or snagged in the closet. Best thing to do is to get a garment bag to store them in.  These are the ones that I've been using. Company's Product Description Keeps clothes from getting wrinkled High quality, acid free, breathable Protects clothes from lint,  moths, dust Travel friendly Reinforced sturdy zipper Very spacious--40" length  Comes with additional shoe bag I really needed some of these. My husband has a beautiful expensive leather jacket that was just hanging in the closet for months and I was constantly worried that it was going to get ruined in the closet whenever we're moving things around. I used one of these to put his jacket in and it fits perfectly inside, length and all. I used the other bag to store my wedding dress and a smaller dress inside. They both fit just fine. I like that there is a spot for any sized hanger to fit through on the top.  I also

Box Number 2 From #RocksBox

So, my second RocksBox arrived a few days ago and it was a lot better than the first.  Here's what came in the box: Flashy. Shiny. Bling. :) Let's start with the big hoops: These are #Nakamol Crystal Teardrop Earrings in Silver. Crystal? They aren't too bad, but crystal? Really? They look like little silver beads tied onto silver loops. I'm not saying that's a bad thing. I'd wear these every now and then if I owned them. I like the size. They're big, but not huge, so I like that. On to the bracelet: In my last box, I received a different piece of jewelry from #Slate. It was a necklace. The necklace was alright, but I love this Barred Cuff Bracelet. It looks a lot like the ring that I got in the last box from A.V. Max.  This bracelet looks like something Khaleesi would wear on Game of Thrones. Nice. I really like the way it looks and the way that it feels.  Last piece of jewelry that came in the box was this necklace:

Who do you think you are? #BehindTheBlogger

So, you've been reading my posts for a while now, or maybe you're a new reader...Perhaps you knew me in school or worked with me? Either way, I'm happy that you've decided to pay my blog a visit.  Do you really know anything about the real me? Do you?  Would you like to know a little more? Do you know that I'm a mommy of a boy and a girl? I have my pair and although being a mommy can be tough, but it's also very rewarding. I became a mommy for the first time in my early twenties to my son and then a mommy to another child right when I hit thirty. Being pregnant was amazing and also scary at times.  My life mainly revolves around fine arts. I'm also a writer. Always have been. It's my passion. I LOVE to write. I remember as a child, I use to write in one journal after another about anything and everything. I wrote about my life, what I wanted to be, what was going on, my hopes, my dreams, my fears. I wrote stories, I wrote

Serafino Double Wall Insulated Glasses from #Ozeri

You're looking at one of my Serafino Double Wall Insulated Beverage and Coffee Glasses from Ozeri. I have a set of four and might I add, they are pretty darn nice. Company's Product Description Set of 4  Heat and shatter resistant borosilicate glasses  Each hold 12 oz. Stronger and more durable than common glass Each glass features a wraparound contour that provides a natural aesthetic grip Patent-pending double wall design that suspends drinks within an inner wall, creating an engaging optical effect Designed to keep your hands cool with hot drinks and free of condensation with chilled beverages Completely dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe These glasses look great in my kitchen. I love the way that the glasses are designed. They have a nice illusion to them by making it appear as though whatever you are drinking is sort of hovering inside of the glass. They are extremely well insulated. I tested this out by purposefully leaving cold juice in

Car Accessory Bundle #BrytaCars

My husband and I like to keep our car nice and organized. He and I clean it out every couple of days and also vacuum. In between the seats where a lot of change and receipts tend to fall from his pockets, we now have these plastic collectors. They fit just right in the gaps between the seats and the middle console. Now, most of the things that pop out of his pocket land in there. In fact, we can also use these handy little collector bins for pens, straws, and even road maps.  These collectors just so happen to be part of an accessory bundle on Amazon. They also came with this fun little Baby on Board decal. It's not your average sign. Instead of it being a plastic sign with the all too familiar lettering and suction cups, it is more of a really strong sticker that can be placed onto any outer surface on your car. I stuck ours on the back window of our car. Now, since it is a decal, I made sure to remove the plastic film ever so carefully so that I wouldn't de

The Fight for Finn Giveaway! Hosted by Sleeping Baby

The story of baby Finn and the Blumenthal family is one of hope, strength, and courage that resonates deeply within all of us. This is such a touching story. Read on... When Sleeping Baby appeared on the hit ABC show Shark Tank, they shared their story of losing a child and how they were able to overcome their struggles largely with the help and encouragement of their sweet customers. The Parkers were flooded with emails from supportive fans… including one woman, Kelly Blumenthal. Kelly had just discovered she was pregnant with a child who had little to no chance at life due to potentially terminal heart defects. The Blumenthal family had to make plans to terminate the pregnancy based on the recommendation from doctors who conveyed the severity of the baby’s condition and his inevitable fate. After watching Stephanie share her heart and story on Shark Tank, however, Kelly was renewed with a sense of purpose and drive to see her little one survive and give him a chance

Mi Bella Reina Cosmetics #MiBellaReina

A girl that I know mentioned that I should try Mi Bella Reina Cosmetics  since she knows I am always willing to try out a new line of makeup products.  Mi Bella Reina features many products that are Vegan, gluten-free, paraben free, and hypoallergenic.  Sounds like my kind of makeup. I was sent a waterproof liquid eyeliner to try out, as well as mascara.  I felt like the company must have read my mind--my face feels naked without some bold eye makeup. You know what was even better? The eyeliner is in one of my favorite shades. Purple.  The mascara is as dark black as I like it to be. Here's what the duo look like: The eyeliner is in Royal Plum. It looks like a bright shade on the end of the pen in the pic, but the color is more of a deep eggplant color.   Bella Reina Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner Pen Product Details Waterproof and smudge proof Easy to apply with flexible felt tip applicator Perfect winged eyeliner You can control the lines

Have you tried coloring therapy? #secretgarden #adultcoloringbook

I remember when I was a little kid, I used to love to color in my coloring books. I had so many different coloring books and a massive collection of color pencils, crayons, and markers to color them in with.  As I got older, I just sort of lost interest. I found other ways to occupy my free time.  About a year ago, I read an article about adult coloring books and how they can help promote relaxation. I thought it sounded interesting, but I never ended up buying one. A company recently asked me to review one, so yes, I wanted it. The book has around 100 pages of really intricate and beautiful images to color as well as mazes and places to doodle.  It's unlike any coloring book that I had as a child. I've been using felt tip pens and gel pens to color with, but you could really use anything you'd like. The pages are thick enough to keep even dark markers from seeping through the page. That is wonderful, in my opinion since I've also used some colorfu
