My baby girl's nails grow super fast. If I don't trim them, she ends up scratching herself or anyone who is carrying her. I can't have that happening, so naturally, I try to trim them every couple of days.
I was filing them down but it was time consuming and I could tell that she didn't really like the way that it felt. I started using these baby nail clippers that I received to review and like them better than any others I've tried.

They do look different, don't they? They really are. At first, I was a bit nervous to try them out, but it was only because when my son was a baby, I used baby clippers to cut his nails and although those were made for babies, I cut my little boy's finger. He didn't cry much and it wasn't too bad, but I felt sad and traumatized. I filed his for a long time after that.
I used these unique clippers on my baby girl and in the beginning I could not figure out how to use them. After talking to customer service, which is great by the way, I got the hang of them. Now I use them with complete ease. I can keep her tiny nails short and it only takes a couple of minutes to get both hands done. Also, she isn't bothered one bit while I'm doing it. I'm very pleased with this product and recommend.
Such a unique design, definitely with baby's comfort in mind.
