I Won Some Goodies From Influenster And Quaker Real Medleys Oatmeal

So, if you have been reading my reviews, you would know about the one that I did on a few Quaker oatmeal products that I received from Influenster.Well, anyhow, after I did my review and other activities that they asked me to complete, I ended up winning a big box of a whole bunch of FREE goodies from Quaker! When I came home the other day, I saw that big box (above) on my porch and had no idea that it was the box that I won. It was a pretty big box as you can see. Healthy Eating

So I am constantly looking for ways to eat healthier. I started off by eliminating all red meat from my diet about 5 years ago. I noticed a huge difference in my weight. I was able to lose all my pregnancy weight and then some. It became so much easier to keep it off too. I'm still not as thin as i would like to be so 8'very made a few other changes, not only for my weight, but also for allover better health. I have some hormonal issues which I'm hoping to change with diet adjustments. I also would like my hair and nails to grow faster. I would like my skin to be even clearer and be less mody. I am a veggie lover so eating a ton of vegetables everyday has not been a problem for me. I was never a huge fruit person, but for a little over a month now, I've managed to add more and more fruit into each day.
