The Dermaroller System #dermaroller

I have always had pretty problematic skin my entire life. Once in a while I'll find something that works alright, but it never quite clears up 100%. This is mostly due to old scarring that I got from terrible acne medications that I used for years, when I was younger, not taking care of my skin as well I should have, and my hormones.  That last one is the hardest for me to deal with, but I'm working on it.  I eat really healthy, don't smoke, I exercise, and have an entire face washing routine that I follow twice a day, every day.  Still, I find that my skin still has its issues.  One thing that I have been using that I can honestly say has made a very noticeable improvement on the worst areas of my face is my Derma Roller. What's a Derma Roller? For those of you that have never heard of one of these. Let me tell you a bit about what they do.  They are also known as microneedle rollers. Now, don't let the word needle  scare you away! I was a

Modern Astrology: Harness the Stars to Discover Your Soul's True Purpose by Louise Edington My rating: 4 of 5 stars Astrology. When did I first get into astrology? It had to have been over 20 years ago, when I was a kid.  I'm a pisces, by the way... I spent years reading book after book about my sign, compatible signs, signs I wouldn't be compatible with, and so on. It was pretty darn interesting. This one isn't like many of the other books that I read before. The reason I really like this one is because it suggests you create your natal chart first , (you can easily do this-just look on the web on how to c

Super Easy Vegan Cheese Cookbook Review

Super Easy Vegan Cheese Cookbook: 70 Delicious Plant-Based Cheeses by Janice Buckingham My rating: 5 of 5 stars I've been vegan for almost four years now. I can't get enough of all the cool recipes that I have been finding out there. I also love to experiment and come up with my own recipes or tweaking non-vegan recipes into something that is plant based. It's fun.  I was sent this book a few weeks ago and you know what? This book rocks. Why? Because my husband and I LOVE learning how to make our own vegan foods. Making cheese is one thing we love to try and do. I've made a couple different kinds in the past, but this book is filled with so many kinds that I have never even thought or knew I could make a vegan version of. It's so creative and doesn't sound too complicated. I love all of the options and am going to try several, if not all, of the recipes in here. I highly recommend if cheese is one thing you miss since becoming vegan. Better
