I've been vegan for almost four years now. I can't get enough of all the cool recipes that I have been finding out there. I also love to experiment and come up with my own recipes or tweaking non-vegan recipes into something that is plant based. It's fun.
I was sent this book a few weeks ago and you know what?
This book rocks. Why? Because my husband and I LOVE learning how to make our own vegan foods. Making cheese is one thing we love to try and do. I've made a couple different kinds in the past, but this book is filled with so many kinds that I have never even thought or knew I could make a vegan version of. It's so creative and doesn't sound too complicated. I love all of the options and am going to try several, if not all, of the recipes in here. I highly recommend if cheese is one thing you miss since becoming vegan. Better not only for the animals, but for your health as well.
