We hear about waist trainers all the time, right, but did you know that there are actually several different styles out there? Here is an example of a  latex waist trainer for women that I spotted on their website.

I really like the look of that one and the fact that it has 3 belts as opposed to one big velcro strap. That one is made with super thick, latex free neoprene that helps you to sweat more and sculpt your body better. Supposedly it can also help you build that booty when worn. It is adjustable and provides the right amount of compression that you want. It also has a grid lining to keep it from slipping and sliding during your workout. You can even wear it at home or under clothing (not ultra tight clothing of course). You can hand or machine wash and air dry.
