I love having beautiful wood flooring in my house but it always tends to get scratched up. Moving furniture, shoes, pets, and so much more can scratch those floors. It's inevitable. I hate the way it ends up looking.
With WearMax Scratch Concealer that I received for reviewing purposes, I thought maybe I could see if it would eliminate the scratches or hide them somehow.
Company's Product Description
- Eliminates white lines that appear when the wood is scratched
- Permanently seals the scratch
- Will not wash away
You can see how it worked by looking at the top part of the piece of wood. Now, it does not fill in the scratch, it hides it from view. You won't be able to see the scratch in most lighting anymore.
It does it pretty good job.
Here's what concerns me though---I've always been into natural products. I try to keep chemicals out of the house as much as possible. This particular product is not something that you want to get on your skin or to be inhaling. It is not 100% natural. I have a baby in the house and an older child and don't really like the idea of using these kinds of products often in our household.
If this sort of thing does not bother you, then this product is something worth trying out, since it really does hide the scratches quite a bit.
