I'm sure you've heard a few pregnant women talk about sore feet or ankles during pregnancy. I just so happen to be one of those women. My feet and legs get sore most evenings. However, now that I'm on bed rest, I haven't been on my feet as often.
When I was on my feet, I made sure to wear my shoes with these insoles in them.
The bottoms, as you can see in the pic above, is a slightly thick, jelly-like cushion.
In this picture, you can see the different sizes that you can simply trim to size, to fit virtually anyone's shoe size. I had to trim mine down a bit to match my feet.
I removed the insoles that were already in my favorite sneakers and slipped these smoothly in. Then, I put on the shoes and headed out the door.
I was able to run around and walk (before bed rest, remember), without my feet getting sore right away. Also, at the end of the day, when I got home and put my feet up, they still felt pretty good.
These soles are pretty good. They're not too thick, definitely not too thin, so they do add a nice cushion of support under my feet. I needed that a lot, and will be using them again as soon as I'm off of bed rest.
Nice product that seems to work even better than some other expensive name brands.
