I love Yoga. I started doing it years ago when I was in college and try to find time to do it these days (minus the time I'm spending on bed rest.) One of the best things to have on hand is a really good yoga mat.

I have a couple of yoga mats but they don't have any designs on them. This is the first yoga mat that I have ever owned that has a gorgeous image on top. I am seriously loving this yoga mat. Not only is it super pretty, but it is also a thicker material. It's super absorbent in case you get sweaty during your exercise session and hard to slip on. This would probably be great to have in one of those hot yoga (Bikram) classes. Then, if you sweat a whole bunch, you can avoid slipping. Then you can just put this mat in the washer after your session.

It's the perfect size for yoga, stretching, or any other floor exercises. It comes with an adjustable strap that makes it very easy to carry around or I can just stick it inside of one of my yoga bags. It's not very heavy either.

It's also eco friendly and non-toxic which is perfect for me.
There is also another beautiful design available called the sunset design, and yes it has a gorgeous image of the sun setting on it.

I have had a few people ask me about this mat and they have also said that it looks really pretty and different. Yes, I'm happy with this product.
