Those of you who follow my blog know that, yes, I am pregnant right now. In fact, I'm going on 6 months pregnant already. Yay!
I have tried a variety of prenatal vitamins, not only during this pregnancy, but also during my last, while I was nursing, and will be doing while nursing this next baby as well.
Prenatal vitamins are very important to me because I want my baby to get as many beneficial vitamins and nutrients that I can provide.
I have recently started taking Prenatal Vitamins from Evergreen Nature.

It's not always easy during pregnancy for some women, especially when they can barely hold down food due to morning sickness. Now, not every women gets it. I didn't really my first pregnancy, but this time around, oh my gosh, it's been rough. I'm about six months pregnant and still suffering every now and then. I do eat very healthy when I'm able to hold down food, but one thing I am making sure to continue taking are my vitamins.
The only pain about many of the vitamins that I've tried is taking two horse sized pills. However, with these pills from Evergreen Nature- they are not too huge, don't have an overpowering taste, and best part is that you only have to take one pill a day. Yay, right?
I added in the overpowering taste part because I've tried a few that were flavored and although the flavor was supposed to be pleasant, it would last for hours in my mouth or make me nauseated. Not with these.
One great thing about all of the prenatal pills that I have taken consistently is that they help make your nails strong and hair nice and strong as well. I haven't been taking these particular ones long enough to see how quickly they have an effect on such things, but I will update this review as soon as I notice a difference.
These are good. I'm happy with them. I like that they have a ton of wonderful vitamins all in one pill. I recommend to pregnant moms, nursing moms, and even to women who are trying to conceive.
