Burn a Few Extra Calories with Wrist Weights #YourWeigh

My fitness is very important to me, especially since I'm pregnant. I like to find new ways to get some extra exercise in. I can't really exercise as intensely as before, so I do add in little things here and there. Little things such as wrist weights.

These wrists weights are too cute. I have the ones in black with the pink lettering. I've used ankle weights in the past, but these are the first wrist weights that I've had the chance to use and own. 

These weights are easy to adjust and fit my skinny wrists perfectly. My husbands wrists are quite a bit larger than mine and he was able to fit them, but were a little bit snug. Don't know how well they would fit someone with really thick wrists. 

These weights are very light but heavy enough to add in just a good amount of resistance while jogging, running, walking, dancing, and day to day tasks. They provide a great way to burn a few extra calories during other activities. I like to wear them as often as possible and really like them. 
Do I recommend these? Yes, of course. Wear them while you do day to day tasks, when you're running errands, when you're typing away on your computer, while you're walking your dog....They're pretty nice! I'm happy with mine.
