My Thoughts
My son, husband, and I love swimming during the summer time so I thought that it would be a good idea to try out a swimming cap.
None of us have ever worn one but we each wanted to this one out since it can be used by women, men, kids and toddlers. It is advertised as a "one size fits all" swim cap.
First let me tell you the good things about this product:
It is hypoallergenic. This is great for people who are allergic to certain materials that most swim caps are made of.
It is made of soft and durable silicone material.
It doesn't smell really bad.
Okay, so I love all of those things about this product, but sadly this cap did not fit any of our heads comfortably. My son complained the whole time because I could not get it over his hair. His hair is not too long but it is very thick. It was just way too snug. It didn't fit over my super thick curls at all. I stretched it out with my hands and tried to slip it on, but nope, couldn't go on. Now my husband's head is not much smaller than mine, but his hair is very short. He put it on his head, still with a little trouble, but was able to get it on. His face looked so pulled back-it actually looked a bit painful. He said that even he thought it was just too tight. He couldn't imagine wearing it while in the pool even for a little while.
I really wished it would fit at least one of our heads, but it really didn't. It might fit a little kid's head with really short hair comfortably or someone who has a shaved or small sized head.
It seems like it would be a good option for someone like that, for all of those reasons that I mentioned above.
