I recently wrote a review on the Epica De-Mattifying comb for pets with long or wavy hair. Well, not everyone has a pet with a long coat. Here is a brush for those of you that own pets with a shorter coat. It's the Epica Self-Cleaning Slicker Brush with Pivoting Head.
Company's Product Description

My Thoughts
As I mentioned in my previous post, the dogs in our family have short coats, but they still need to be brushed from time to time. I've tried a few slicker brushes that just seemed to make both of them uncomfortable while I'm brushing.
This one works a lot better on both the American bulldog and chihuahua's coat. I loved that both of them seemed so relaxed while I was using the brush on them. The chihuahua actually fell asleep while I was doing it. I love how the pivotal head moves gently over their neck and curves without pulling their hair. My favorite thing about the brush is how simple it is to clean up. I honestly hated cleaning up the old slicker brush we used to use. This brush has definitely replaced that one.
I think that this is a great brush for people with cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and other short hair breeds.
