Everyone around me knows how much love I have for anything with Spirulina in it. I first heard about Spirulina several months ago. I was looking for a really good superfood and believe me, I was blown away after I started taking Spirulina.

What is Spirulina?

My Thoughts About Sari Foods Spirulina

The powder comes in a big bag. I had to put it inside of a Ziploc bag though because it got a little messy every time I opened it up. There was green dust everywhere. I kind of wish it came in a jar of some kind.

Really my only tiny complaint about this particular product.

Anyway,

(One of the recipes I used it in. I added it into a veggie scramble--eggs, kale, tomatoes, onions, spinach, some seasoning...It was good) In fact, this product came with an ebook filled with some really creative recipes inside that I can't wait to try.

I like the fact that it's in powder form because it makes it simple to incorporate it into all kinds of recipes! I even put a little in my son's smoothies and he doesn't seem to notice one bit. He's a healthy kiddo and I'm happy that he's getting so many good nutrients.
Now, I will say that the powder form does taste a bit stronger than the capsules, but it's not a taste that bothers me. I used to eat seaweed regularly and that is what I would say that it tastes most like.
I love everything about Spirulina and it's always important to find the cleanest Spirulina available. This particular brand is 100% organic and contaminate free! Perfect.
