I brush and floss at least twice a day depending on how much I've eaten. Some days I brush 3 or 4 times. And now that I'm pregnant, I'm trying to keep my teeth and gums even cleaner than possible. The only problem with brushing and flossing is that sometimes there is still food stuck in places that neither of these methods can properly reach. What to do?
Well, I have been using the Gurin Professional Rechargeable Water Flosser.

My Thoughts
Alright, I need to be honest. When I first received this product, I tried it, got water all over the place and worst of all, no matter what setting it was on, it was too rough on my teeth. However, this is really my fault since I haven't actually used a water flosser like this before.

Secondly, I made the mistake of using this flosser only a couple of weeks after getting one of my wisdom teeth pulled. Why would I do that to myself? So, of course it felt too rough. Anyway, before tossing it aside, I decided I would try it again a few weeks later.
This time I used it on the lowest setting (soft) and kept my mouth closed, making sure to turn it off every time I needed to spit. I didn't make a huge mess at all. Also, since although my gums were no longer sore from the tooth extraction, there was still and still is a small crevice from the area that it was pulled that food tends to get stuck in. Such a pain.

Anyway, I LOVE that I can use this Gurin flosser and it completely removes the food. It's great after brushing because it can remove the food that brushing and flossing might miss!
I am so glad that I actually gave this flosser another chance because now I use it every day, morning and evening.
It is easy to refill, easy to clean, and I still haven't had to charge it since it's first charge, which is great. I have tried it on all settings but I like to use it mostly on the lowest setting. It works very, very well. Just don't leave your mouth open while using it.
It comes with an additional tip so I simply clean mine with hot water and soap and then my husband uses the other one. He loves it as much as I do.
