My Thoughts

I like probiotics. You've heard me mention it before. I used to take them everyday. I have tried a number of different brands. Not all of them have been the same. These have worked as well as some of my other favorite brands.

These are a decent size. I like that they are vegetarian caps, which makes them easy to swallow and digest. They don't have the best smell, but I've never had any probiotics that smell great.

These helped me with bloating and made me feel good, overall. I love that they are safe and no, I didn't have any ill side effects and I was taking these for a few weeks.

I no longer take these, since I am currently pregnant, and my doctor recommended that I not take any additional supplements. My mom started taking them, however, and says she also really loves how they make her feel.
