I'm not 100 percent vegetarian, but I do prefer to eat vegetarian. I am a veggie-holic by the way...
My Thoughts on This Cook Book
I found some wonderfully creative recipes inside of this book. Practically every recipe in the book sounds so good to me. What I like the best about this book is that the recipes truly are great and super quick and easy to make in a matter of minutes!
Not everyone has a ton of time to spare to make dinner, and a healthy dinner at that. This book makes it so much easier to create a delicious healthy meal.
There are incredible tips and a lot of really helpful information for people who are transitioning into eating more vegetarian meals. There are recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so you can eat a variety of meals throughout the day.
I enjoy this book and open it up on my Kindle often, when I'm in the kitchen. So many good things that I still haven't tried but definitely look forward to making very soon.
