I'm pretty active. I like to exercise and sometimes I do some strenuous house remodeling with my husband. We both get sore muscles pretty often. We try and avoid using too many products filled with a ton of chemicals and are always looking for better alternatives.
I was sent a free jar of TheraRelief by TheraVita for reviewing purposes.

My Thoughts
The product came in a cute and small little jar. I opened it up and really did expect a strong smell, even though the description said it didn't have one. I just expected it too since practically every other pain relief gel that I've ever tried has had a strong scent. I was VERY surprised that this one does not have a strong scent at all! Nice to finally find a pain relief gel that doesn't irritate my eyes just by smelling it.
I had just gotten done moving a ton of heavy boxes and was sore. My shoulders and my wrists and one of my legs were sore. The product says you can use it anywhere so I put a little bit on each spot. I like that the product is not sticky or too thick. It's also not greasy. It is easily absorbed into the skin.
I honestly didn't feel an immediate tingle like I do when I use regular pain relief creams and gels so I was afraid that it wasn't going to work at all.
Did it actually work?
Yes, but it seemed to work gradually. I felt nothing right away, but then I noticed the pain in each of the areas that I put it weren't as sore. It didn't take the pain away completely, but it did make it a lot more tolerable.
Now, maybe this product would work for tough pain on some people, but personally, for me, and for my husband as well--since he tried a bit too--it might not work too well for us.
This doesn't mean that I wouldn't use it. I would most definitely consider using this for some relief, ESPECIALLY since it is a lot more natural than the other brands we have tried. I'd rather have some more natural relief than rubbing in a bunch of cancerous chemicals to try and get stronger relief from other creams and gels. So, yes, if you want something free of parabens, this product is totally worth a try.
If this is something that you would like to purchase, you can Buy TheraRelief on Amazon.
