My Opinion

I like Raspberry Ketones. I've tried a few different brands and they've practically all had a good raspberry taste, but have given me raspberry flavored burps. Yup, you read that right.

These did the same.

I would take them with no problem--easy to swallow, no horrible aftertaste. Less than an hour later, raspberry flavored burps.

Haha.

I like the bright red color these. Different from a few of the others that I've tried.

Let me tell you guys what I really love about these.

They honestly do help suppress my appetite. Who cares if I'm burping raspberries if these are helping me eat smaller portions of food???? I don't mind in the least. Okay, I guess I would love them more if they didn't cause the burps, but they still work great.

Have I lost pounds? Not really anything noticeable, but I figure if I continue eating less and stay active and exercise often, then I will definitely start to shed some inches.

I don't recommend these if you're not going to try and eat healthy or exercise. I don't believe in miracle pills that promise to make you drop pounds without changing your eating habits or getting off the couch. This company is honest though and they don't claim that this is a "miracle pill". Love the honesty!

If you are planning on eating healthier and working out and would like to give your body a little boost, then maybe these are a good idea. However, I am NOT a doctor, nor have I ever claimed to be. Please do consult your health practitioner before adding in any kind of supplements into your diet.
