Muscle Care Review

Ever get aches and pains, bruises, sprains, or have arthritis? My husband and I do house remodeling and work out often so we're both prone to being achy every now and then. My Thoughts on This Product
My husband has used this product a few times for a sprained ankle, hurt shoulder and hurt arm. All three times he said it didn't make the pain go away 100%, but it did soothe the pain quite a bit.
I didn't end up using it until recently when I fell off of a ladder and slightly hurt my arm. (Nothing major-it was a little ladder. I stepped down wrong and fell on my side. I'm okay though)
Anyway,
My shoulder has been so sore the last few days, so my husband suggested that I use some of the MuscleCare and so I did.

Like I stated above, it's a roll-on tube. You simply roll it on the area of pain. I used it on my shoulder and immediately felt the product going to work. It smells strongly like menthol and feels very cool, almost cold, when applied. It definitely helps with the pain. My shoulder pain is so much easier to tolerate since I've been using this. Yes I smell like medicine, but at least it's helping me with it's cooling therapy.
The active ingredients in it are Camphor and Menthol, which is why it smells and feels the way that it does.
The directions say that it can be used by adults and children 12 and up and should not be used if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Also, avoid getting into eyes or mucous membranes. I'd imagine that would burn or irritate quite a bit.

I love how well it works on minor pain. I haven't had to take any pain killers since it's soothing my shoulder so well.
So glad I was given the chance to try Muscle Care out.

I am not a doctor, nor have I ever claimed to be, so if you are unsure about using this product,  please do speak to your healthcare practitioner first.
I, personally, had no issues or irritation on my skin.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

8 Packing Hacks When Moving

Moving is almost rarely enjoyable. I mean, you have to pack up all your stuff just to unpack it again somewhere else? You eat off of paper plates with plastic utensils for your last week because you know your kitchen takes the most to pack. You shift boxes around for weeks while you try and continue living in your home. It’s just not fun. Certain things can make it more enjoyable or at least easier, however.
