I type and write a lot as an author/blogger. My carpal tunnel can flare up every now and then, especially when I'm really deep into some good writing. My thumb on my left hand actually acts up the worst and sometimes stiffens up, in place! ouch, right? Of course when I was offered the opportunity to review Dr. Kay's 24/7 Arthritis Gloves, I quickly obliged.

My Opinion on These Gloves
Aren't they cute and fashionable?
I can still use the remote with no problem...
I can still send a text message...
I can write too!
I love that these gloves are cute and fashionable compared to many others on the market. My hands are not very big and I have long skinny fingers-They fit my hands snugly, but not too snug, and keep them warm. I'll be loving these during the colder months when my hands get more stiff.
These gloves do work well on my hands for several hours- they feel pretty comfortable.
However, in certain positions, like when I type, it's not as easy as typing without them.
I'm unable to type as fast as I normally can, because my fingers feel very slightly constricted from the compression, but I can still write with a pen/pencil just fine. Also, thanks to the fingerless tips in the gloves, I can still send a text message on my phone/use the touch screen, can use a remote control, can open jars, boxes, etc.
I honestly haven't felt any pain in my hands or fingers as often as I used to. This must be due to the fact that wearing these does in fact help with my blood circulation, as well as add some much needed pressure onto my hands. I think that the warmth inside the gloves helps soothe my hands and fingers as well. So glad my thumb hasn't been acting up in a few weeks. Don't honestly know if this has helped my sore thumb entirely yet, but we shall see.
Overall, these gloves are great. I don't know if they will fit hands much bigger than mine though, because like I said, my hands are not very big. These gloves are snug so I would think that on bigger hands they might compress them a bit too much, in an uncomfortable way. These would be slightly better if they were available in multiple sizes, I think.
