My Thoughts on This Product

You can take up to 2 capsules (as shown in picture), 3 times a day, with meals. I started off with taking half the dose, just to get my body used to them.

They were easy to swallow, and the taste of vinegar didn't bother me at all. This is in comparison to drinking apple cider vinegar in liquid form, which I have done as well. There is definitely a lot less bitterness when taking the capsules. I really like that.

I do love that it is a natural product, with no added preservatives.

I also didn't feel any ill effects as a result of taking the capsules, which is great. I took them in addition to my Spirulina and felt pretty good. I love the fact that they help detox the body. Our bodies are exposed to so many different toxins daily, so a good cleansing always makes me happy.

As for weight loss, I lost a few pounds, but I have been pretty active lately, so I'm honestly not sure if the pills helped with that.

I do like these and plan to keep taking them, especially since they don't seem to cause any side effects for me at all.
