My Opinion

I'm not a 100% vegetarian, but I am trying to slowly transition into it. I do mainly eat vegetarian meals, I rarely eat sweets, I don't drink milk or consume much dairy, and I haven't touched red meat in over 6 years. Sometimes I eat chicken or seafood. I love books that have a ton of info on the Vegetarian lifestyle, so I downloaded a free copy of this as soon as I was offered the chance to review it. I downloaded a free copy onto my Kindle app in a matter of seconds.

This book was a pretty short read but has some great tips. There were several facts in it that I was already aware of, as well as some things that I didn't know too much about.  I was happy to learn a few new things that I can start incorporating into my own lifestyle.The book talks about how being a vegetarian can do wonders for your weight, the difference between being a vegan vs a vegetarian (which is commonly confused by many people), healthy eating tips, quite a few interesting recipes, and even more tips!


I enjoyed reading the book and I am definitely going to be cooking up several of the recipes within the book for my family soon. Even if you don't plan on becoming a vegetarian, this book is a good read!
