Bedtime Bliss Mask and Ear Plugs Product Review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

Probably wondering what this is a picture of right? It's not only a sleep mask but also includes a pair of ear plugs and a small travel pouch to store them in.

Product Details

  • Great for both men and women
  • Mask is designed so that there is enough room for you to comfortably open your eyes
  •  Mask has adjustable strap
  • Easy to hand wash
  • Mask won't smudge your makeup
  • Doesn't interfere with REM sleep
  • Small enough to fit in your bag
  • Good for people with sleep issues, such as insomnia, or even if you just have a noisy roommate, etc.
Also includes a free eBook filled with natural sleep tips!

Here are some tips from the company to ensure that you get the most out of the sleep mask:
  • Put the mask over your eyes and ensure it feels comfortable
  • Adjust the strap so that the mask is firm and won't slide around, but not too tight that it's uncomfortable
  • Store the mask in a dry place when not in use
  • Hand-wash the mask if it gets dirty and lay it flat to dry, to maintain its shape and prevent deterioration
  • Do not insert earplugs deep in to the ear canal, improper fitting can result in injury or hearing loss
  • Always keep the earplugs away from infants and small children as they are potentially a choking hazard or may interfere with breathing
  • Do not use earplugs when operating machinery or dangerous equipment

My Thoughts on These Products

I was sent this sleep mask and ear plugs combo in exchange for my honest review. All opinions that I am expressing are in no way influenced and are solely my own.

Okay, raise your hand if you are married to a constant sleep talker...I've got both hands up over here. My husband doesn't sleep talk once in a while. Get this--he sleep talks practically every night and not just once of twice, but a few times on those particular nights.

The amount of sleep I get fluctuates. Some nights he'll engage in a conversation with me in his sleep. If I'm already awake and bored, I'm not gonna lie--sometimes I'll talk to him as well. At times he'll then respond, and at other times he won't. Some of his sleep convos are really funny, and some make absolutely no sense.

At other times, he wants to watch t.v. or have the light on when I'm ready to sleep.

My sleep is very important. We have a very active almost 6 year old boy who I home school and am with all day. He needs me. I need sleep to have enough energy to work with him on his school work, clean, run errands, write all of my reviews, and more.

I've used other masks but most were too snug against my face, particularly my eyes, some were falling apart after a while, some were too big, and some just allover uncomfortable. This

About the mask--this one is so nice because the material is comfy, it's adjustable in size, a good color, and the best part is that it doesn't rest flat against my eyes. I can actually open my eyes comfortably! Nice. It appears to be easy to clean completely blocks out any light. That solves one of my sleep issues.

The product description says that it will not smudge your makeup, but honestly I don't plan on using this while wearing makeup since I do not sleep with my makeup on. But, I guess, if someone was wearing makeup and took this on a trip with them, then maybe it would be okay.

The ear plugs are the perfect addition and yes they do help block out much of the late night television noise as well as his talking. I have been sleeping better than I have in a long time.

The eBook is a very nice addition because it does have some good tips to help you get better sleep.

I recommend this for people to take with them while they travel, stick them in the handy pouch they come with, can be an excellent tool for meditation, or if you also suffer from living with someone who sleep talks or just makes too much noise. :)

Moving is almost rarely enjoyable. I mean, you have to pack up all your stuff just to unpack it again somewhere else?
