Fiber One Cereal Review for BzzAgent

I finally received another Bzzkit. It's been a little while since I've received a Bzz campaign from Bzzagent.

Here's everything that came in my Bzzkit

I'm always happy to receive free food to try out and write a review on. Cereal is a must have in my house. My son is obsessed with it and has to have some every morning. Of course I would be happy to receive a healthier brand! Fiber One has always been a brand that I've bought in the past for myself. My son was never too crazy about it before and I'm guessing it has a lot to do with the fact that the ones I previously purchased were a bit too bland in comparison to the cereals that he's used to eating. These particular boxes of Fiber One are a lot different from the old ones I used to buy.

This is what the Cranberry Almond Fiber One looks like. It doesn't really have many almonds or cranberries in it, but I still enjoy it.

Cranberry Almond Fiber One with Plain Soy Milk, Cranberries, Golden Raisins, Chia Seeds, Flax Seed. Easy fix! I just added in more of my own ingredients.

Without adding in my own ingredients, the cereal wasn't terrible or anything. I did like it, but I loved it after I added in a few more things. My son ate it dry and liked it like that. I can honestly say that this is my favorite of the two. I love that it has a good amount of protein in it and I like that it has a bit more than just bland cereal in it. It isn't too sweet-another plus. I don't like overly sweet cereal. Like I said before, it's good as it comes with the cranberries, almonds, and granola, but it is a lot better with my own special touch of soy milk or almond milk and extra fruit and extra almonds. Yummy.

The Maple Brown Sugar Fiber One was my least favorite of the two, simply because there wasn't much going on in it. It had pecans and Maple Brown Sugar, but not much. It was a bit plain for my tastes. No problem though-- I did what I did with the other cereal and added in extra ingredients. BETTER after I did that, of course. I do love that this one has a good amount of protein in it as well.

My Final Thoughts
Both cereals were better tasting than many of the other healthier brands of cereal I've tried in the past. I'm happy my son enjoyed them both because now I can rotate either of these cereals in with the ones that he normally eats. I like both cereals. I'll probably end up purchasing another box of the Cranberry Almond Fiber One since I really did like that one. I would also be very interested in trying out any new flavors from Fiber One in the near future.
