A-RX Natural Weight Loss Pills Product Review

Honestly, I've never really been much for trying diet pills because of all the hidden ingredients in them. I was given the opportunity to try an all natural product from LivingFitUSA in exchange for my honest review.
I was very happy to hear that they were an all natural product with no fillers, binders, or additives. The active ingredients in these pills are the very popular Garcina Cambogia Fruit Powder Extract, Green Coffee Bean Extract, Green Tea Extract, Guarana, and Vitamin B-12. All of the ingredients listed are well known for aiding in weight loss. I thought it sounded like a great combination and was excited to try them.
(Let me add that no, I am not overweight. I do, however, have a few extra pounds that I have not been able to shed completely. I have tried a few other things but my stomach is not as flat as I would like it to be.I exercise and I eat very healthy but my stomach region still has a little pudginess. So, yes I wanted to try this.) 




Now, the directions say to take 1 pill a day. I took one in the morning with a full bottle of water and would head to the gym. Occasionally I would take it with one of my morning green smoothies. I did not take any other supplements or vitamins with this product because I wanted to know exactly how well it would work on its own.


The pills are bright light green capsules.

What I Think About This Product:

The first day that I took one of these A-RX pills I did not really feel anything other than a slight increase in energy. I welcomed this because I was heading to the gym and was getting ready for a pretty intense workout session. Felt fine for the rest of the day and night. 
The next day I took another one with water. I had a small green smoothie that simply consisted of a banana, kale, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, cinnamon, blueberries, and an apple. I again noticed a slight burst of energy and went on with my day. 
Another day passed but I had a bigger burst of energy. I felt a little jittery, like a had drank a couple cups of coffee. I didn't think it was too big a deal and went on with my day. I felt fine the fourth day.
Then the fifth day, the jitteriness felt worse. I didn't really like the way I felt at the gym. I felt like I had way too much caffeine. Definitely not a great feeling. It eventually passed and then I had a slight headache. The sixth day I decided maybe I would skip a pill and see how I felt. I felt fine all day until the evening time. I went to bed and woke up with my heart racing and felt extremely jittery again. It was an ugly feeling in my opinion. And I decided that this pill was just not for me.

Now, please, don't get me wrong. There is a chance that due to my body size and weight, these pills might just be too high of a dose. I actually didn't think that the caffeine effect from the Guarana in them would be so intense. I guess it explains the burst of energy, which I did enjoy at first. However, I do not want to continue taking them due to the effects that I experienced. They might work differently for you. I am not trying to scare anyone away from the product. I am not trying to leave a completely negative review either. I am just being honest about how they made me feel.

The jittery feeling was not something I liked but I did feel like I wasn't as hungry throughout the days that I took it. So, I guess it does work well as an appetite suppressant!
Did I lose any weight?

 Well, I was only taking the pills for a little under week. I noticed three pounds gone when I weighed myself, but whether or not the pills had done this or maybe it was water weight? Not too sure. 
 Again, I have read a number of reviews saying that these pills worked well for others with no ill effects. If you are interested in trying them, then go right ahead. Just know that there is a possibility that you might feel the same way that I did.
I really do wish that this product had worked well for me.

A quick note: please before you start taking any kind of supplements, you should probably talk to your doctor to make sure that it is okay for you to be taking them. This product is not recommended for anyone under the age of 18 years old, and not for pregnant or nursing women.
You are only urged to take 1 capsule a day so do not exceed that.
Also, you should drink at least 4-6 glasses of water a day while on these. (I drink a lot more water than that, especially when I work out!)
