Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.
As a busy homeschooling mother of a 5 year old, I tend to have an erratic sleep schedule. Some nights I can sleep for several hours straight, but most nights I have trouble staying asleep through the night. There are times when I can lay in bed for hours, close my eyes, and simply not be able to fall asleep. Other nights I can fall asleep and wake up every couple of hours.
Everyone needs sleep to function properly and to be healthy. So, of course I'm desperate to find something that can help.
I have tried a few different methods and love to try different audio programs that are aimed at helping me sleep soundly. I was very interested in this program by a man named Andrew Johnson called Deep Sleep with Andrew. He has a lot of training in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Reiki, Stress Management Skills, Meditation and Mindfulness. He says that he is "happiest teaching people why they should relax, how they can relax and why they should practice relaxation techniques."
You should listen to the recording when you are already in bed, ready to go to sleep. Wear headphones for the best effect. (No distractions) You can listen to it more than once a day if you wish. Also for best results, you should listen to it at least once a night for at least 3 weeks. This will give you a chance to get used to the program/ your body will adjust to it.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Wow. I really find that pretty impressive!

What do I think of this product?
Well, I have been using this program now for a few weeks and guess what? It has put me to sleep every time that I've used it. Seriously. I would put in my ear buds and press play on my tablet after laying in bed, and the audio track would put me to sleep, literally in a matter of minutes. I have never made it past the first few minutes of it playing! Haha. His voice talks you through a few very relaxing steps and then boom, you're asleep.
So, yes it does help me sleep.
Have I felt any differently since beginning the program?
Sure, I've been getting more rest, since I've actually been getting to sleep a lot quicker than before. This must obviously be the reason for the extra burst of energy that I have daily. A much needed extra burst, by the way. Do I notice anything else? Not really. But I am very thankful for getting the extra sleep.
Do I recommend this product?
Yes, I do. If you need the extra sleep, then yes, please do try this. Maybe it's his voice, maybe it's the relaxation steps he takes you through, (even when you're sleeping, because your brain can still hear everything while you're out), maybe there are certain beats in the music that alter your brain waves and help you sleep more peacefully. I'm not exactly sure. What I do know is that it works for me when I need to sleep. Maybe it will work for you too. It's worth a shot!
It's very simple to download to your audio player. You can listen to it on your mp3 player, phone, tablet, or computer. There are also CDs and apps available. There are several different tracks to pick from. He even offers workshops in the UK!
