So, I've been doing the Techno Cardio Coach program that I mentioned in a few previous posts. It's been a pretty busy week and a half but I've been doing the HIIT training that is talked about in some of the e-books available. I try to incorporate it into my workouts at the gym- I listen to the audio tracks while on the stair master, treadmill, and stationary bike. I listen to it while I'm walking and running around with my son at home (yes, extra exercise). The music is great and the coaching added in is a good touch too. I've also found the eating tips very helpful. I already eat pretty healthy but it helps to know how to eat even healthier!

Have I lost any pounds?
Well, after looking at the scale and noticing no pounds have been lost, at first I was a little dismayed. But, after trying on a few different outfits, I realized that I actually have lost a few inches! Remember--the number on the scale doesn't always mean anything. It doesn't mean I haven't gotten skinnier. In fact, the number can always go up a bit as my muscles begin to add on.
Anyway, I am still hoping to tone/slim up for my reunion which is now in 2 weeks and I can't wait to see how I'll look and feel by then :)
