Techno Cardio Transformation Review Post 1

If you have been reading my posts, then you are aware of my goal to lose a few pounds before my high school reunion. It is a few weeks away and I am being given the opportunity to try out a new program called Techno Cardio Coach. It sounds very promising, in my opinion.

Let Me Tell You All About It

So, basically if you purchase this new audio fat loss program, and it's available for a really low price at the moment, you will get a set of e-books filled to the brim with some very informative stuff on weight loss, metabolism, tips for a beautiful body, diet secrets, and more. Along with that, you will receive 4 audio workout volumes (warm-up, exercises, cool-downs), a workout guide, a nutrition guide, and a wall chart! I've been listening to the audio tracks and I like the music. It's great to listen to when you're on an elliptical, running, jogging, walking, working out at home, use it whenever you're exercising. It's like having a trainer there  with you in your ear, keeping you motivated! It will also help to keep you from getting bored when you're working out--which is actually a pretty common problem. So many people don't stick with their workout program because it starts to get dull after a while...


The site says that you are guaranteed to lose weight 6x faster than you would with traditional workout routines. It also says that if you don't get amazing results in 8 weeks, you can your money back.

Like I said before, it sounds pretty promising to me.

No, I do not work for the company, nor did I come up with any of it. I am going to try the program out and post up an honest review. I will be posting up my progress as I go. If it works for me, then it might just work for you too! If I don't see results, then I will let you know.

About Me
 I am not super thin, nor am I overweight, but I would like to slim up a bit and I would really like to be a lot more toned. Yes, I do eat fairly healthy. Most of my meals are vegetarian. I don't eat any red meat, and haven't in about 5 and a half years. I do eat fish and chicken from time to time, but the most of my diet consists of veggies, fruits, water, unsweetened teas (most are caffeine free), a little bit of soy, tvp, tofu, nuts, berries, some grains and greek yogurt. I don't drink milk and very rarely consume foods with dairy in them. I take Spirulina tablets everyday as well. My husband and I go to the gym a few days a week and I am starting HIIT training. (You can actually learn a lot about HIIT training and how effective it is to help you reach your weight loss goals, inside the Techno Cardio Coach package).




Here are some BEFORE photos-I was a little nervous to put these up, but I want to be as honest as possible. I want to be able to show whether or not I see a difference in a few weeks. 




Horrible shot, can't wait to get rid of the extra fat I have on my stomach. I has always been the hardest thing for me to try to get rid of, but I'm ready. I hope this program works well for me!


This is how much I weigh right now, today. I know, the number on the scale is not everything. I just want to see how it will be affected in the next few weeks.


This was a picture taken of me yesterday. I would love to tone up my arms and legs a lot more and just be leaner all over. I want to be able to be more confident about my body and less self conscious.
